My stay at the Stella Del Mar Hotel was quite mixed. The restaurant Matilde was an absolute highlight with stunning sea views and delicious dining options. However, I faced significant issues with noise from construction next door and the overall quality of the room, which made it hard to rest. While the private beach was a nice touch, the room conditions and service left a lot to be desired, making the stay less than ideal.
